Floral Decor at Merrydale Manor
Artificial flowers and candle arrangements are an extremely desirable option for couples. Our in house team can advise you of the different collections available to fit with your theme on the day.
The benefits of using artificial arrangements are:
- You can see your flowers before the big day, so you’ll know what to expect
- They are a more cost-effective solution
- We use high-quality artificial silk flowers for realism. You are unlikely to know the difference in your wedding pictures
- No drooping, dropping or wilting
- Less waste, more sustainable and with fewer allergens too (we can arrange real flowers for bouquets and buttonholes)
Our on-site venue dressers are exclusive to Merrydale Manor and Colshaw and will look after your arrangements on the day. This service includes set up and moving them from the ceremony room to the function suite on the day. They will clear up afterwards too!

The Orbs
We have the option for a Grand Orb, Orb Trio and Grand Orb Centrepieces
Blossom Trees
We have the option for 1.8m blossom trees which can be used in the ceremony room on clear plinths or also as centre pieces in the Merrydale suite
Registrar and Top Table
There is the option to decorate the registrar table in the ceremony room and also the top table for your wedding breakfast In the Merrydale suite. This can be done with individual flowers and also floral garlands.

We have a range of different collections to choose when decorating the Merrydale suite for your wedding breakfast. We have the white and green collection, the enchanted collection, the elegance collection and the wisteria collection.
