Dear Merrydale Dream Team,
On behalf of myself and Gary, we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks for everything you did to make our wedding day last month so unforgettable. Celebrating at such a stunning venue as Merrydale Manor truly exceeded all of our expectations, it was more magical than we could have ever imagined.
From our very first open day visit, through the initial conversations, to booking our wedding all the way back in January 2023, every single member of staff has been nothing short of exceptional. Professional, approachable, and endlessly accommodating, you’ve always made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for. No matter how many questions we had or how many times we visited, we always felt valued and reassured that we were in the best possible hands.
We’d especially love to mention a few people who made such a difference:
- Nikita, for her incredible support throughout the planning journey, always calm, helpful, and attentive to every detail.
- Robyn, who was so kind and accommodating, always ready to help and guide us.
- And finally McKenzie, without whom we don’t know how we’d have managed the big day itself! From start to finish she was simply amazing, organised, reassuring, and working so hard behind the scenes while also being such a lovely presence. Our young daughter Thea absolutely adored her, and it meant the world to us how patient and kind McKenzie was with her.
It honestly feels a little strange not to be coming back up to Merrydale anymore, we may just have to pop along to an open day one time, simply to relive some of those wonderful memories! Thank you also for the thoughtful card. Please know that an email hardly feels enough to express our gratitude.
